1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fixeveryday Technology website, mobile applications, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Fixeveryday Technology provides web development, mobile development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, and related professional services. We also offer mobile applications with in-app purchase options via Google Play Store. Specific engagement terms for custom projects will be agreed in a separate written contract or statement of work.

3. Use of the Website & Applications

You agree to use our website and mobile applications only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use.

• •You must not misuse, hack, or attempt to disrupt the website or mobile applications
• •You must not upload malicious code, transmit viruses, or engage in any form of cyber attack
• •You must not scrape content, data-mine, or reverse-engineer our applications without written permission
• •You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our mobile applications may offer in-app purchases and subscription plans processed through Google Play Billing. By making a purchase:

• •You authorise Google Play to charge your selected payment method
• •Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• •You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store > Subscriptions
• •Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes
• •All in-app purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our applications, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Fixeveryday Technology or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Client Materials

When you provide us with materials (content, designs, assets) for use in a project, you represent that you own or have the right to use them. You retain ownership of your materials; we retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, tools, and reusable code.

7. Payment Terms

For custom project engagements, fees, milestones, and payment schedules are defined in your separate contract. For in-app purchases and subscriptions, payment is processed immediately through Google Play Billing or BillDesk.

• •Custom projects: Net-15 payment terms after milestone completion
• •Late payments may suspend services and may be subject to interest fees
• •In-app purchases: charged at the time of purchase through Google Play

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information exchanged during engagement private and to use it only for the purpose of the agreed work.

9. Disclaimers

Our services, website, and applications are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixeveryday Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or applications. For custom projects, our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. For in-app purchases, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific purchase.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fixeveryday Technology harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website, applications, or services if you breach these Terms. For subscription services, you may cancel at any time through Google Play Store. Custom engagement contracts may be terminated per the terms outlined in your signed agreement.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. For international clients, disputes may also be resolved through arbitration as agreed in the project contract.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For mobile app users, significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
